Helping People Get Our Medicines

The people who work at Vertex understand that medicines can only help patients who can get them. With that in mind, Vertex provides a comprehensive financial assistance and patient support program for its two approved medicines – INCIVEK^® (telaprevir) and KALYDECO^™ (ivacaftor). The program, known as Vertex Guidance and Patient Support (GPS), helps people learn about insurance benefits, gives Vertex medicines for free to eligible patients who do not have insurance and provides coverage for co-pay or co-insurance costs associated with INCIVEK or KALYDECO for people who meet certain program criteria.
